OPEN FORUM – 20TH November
This is your chance to hear what’s been going on and to have your say, meet the committee and your fellow members. It will also be your chance to volunteer for the winter work parties – don’t worry – nothing too onerous but your help will be very welcome.
However the most important thing for the Forum is for your voice to be heard – so come along, find out what’s going on and have your say.
Taking place in the clubhouse on the 20th of November, kicking off at 4.30pm with Tea and Cakes and then the serious business of the day starting at 5pm. Don’t forget the early bird gets the choice of cake. If you cannot make it to the Forum don’t worry – simply email your comments or observations to firstname.lastname@example.org before the date and we will make sure that they are discussed.
